This is a truly superb opportunity for a Marketing graduate with top content writing and social media management skills to join a successful and highly progressive global software firm. Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing you will help build, drive and lead the growth and development of the brand through strategic use of content and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Formulating and driving B2B & B2C social media and content strategies to help achieve company goals
• Developing existing social media channels and formulating strategies to move into new channels
• Assisting the Content Manager in creating content for social media, blogs, external websites, email and marketing campaigns
• Using analytics and research to create monthly recommendation report on customer experience to increase conversion rates
• Monitoring media and industry sites to ensure content and social are relevant to the market and spot upcoming trends
• Assisting in the execution of a targeted PR strategy
• Ensure PR exposure through social media channels
• Develop PR reporting metrics / competitor monitoring
• Developing positive, effective relationships with internal and external clients

To be considered for this role you will have a strong understanding of the social media landscape and be a creative whiz when it comes to content. You will also posses excellent organisational skills and work well under pressure and multi-task. 

A tertiary degree in business or marketing with minimum 1 years'experience in content and/or social media is preferred. Proven experience in growing social media channels through use of content is a must with a track record of analysing online issues and opportunities.
