An exciting opportunity has come about in our Marketing team as a Channel Manager - Customer Value Management (Outbound). Reporting to the Head of CVM - You will be the link between the frontline teams and the Customer Value Management team to ensure a consistent approach to managing and executing CVM initiatives and drive the business outcomes for both population and revenue. This role is to manage the relationship for the outbound frontline channels (Care and Retail) for Post-paid, Prepaid and Fixed.


Everyday you’ll be working with a vast range of stakeholders in marketing and sales to drive initiatives to our frontline to help us keep and grow our customers in a way that’s good for our customers and our business. You’ll use your knowledge of the store channel to shape the processes and communications to suit the team. You will be motivated by the talented CVM team around you who will be there to help you build insights based campaigns to reduce churn and grow sales & value.  Our environment is fast, always changing and challenging. As our Channel Manager – CVM, you will define the strategy of how the outbound frontline channels will be used to support Postpaid, Prepaid and Fixed CVM initiatives. This strategy should support multiple commercial objectives.  Where a budget target does not exist you will work closely with the CVM segment owners to help define this. You will be involved in creating weekly forums with the channels to discuss performance and identify trends in channel performance, working with the channel teams to define & execute initiatives and opportunities.


The successful candidate will have experience in Channel Management or Marketing within Telecommunications, Financial Services or Retail Industry (although open to other industry experience in either financial or professional services). You will have demonstrated high credibility and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with peers and Head of Level. You will be analytical in nature with a demonstrated record of using insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes along with a track record of successfully driving external teams to meet targets.
