About the role
As Partner and Membership Engagement Officer with IPAA Victoria, your role will encompass:
Facilitating an efficient and successful membership engagement process to achieve membership objectives – membership growth, participation and satisfaction.
Working with organisations and individuals who are existing or potential partners to build sponsorship, partnerships and other collaborations to increase membership value.
Demonstrating your competent use of CRM to produce reports as required.
Writing engaging copy for print, online marketing and sponsorship and partnership proposals and reports.
Using your superior communication skills, confidently promote IPAA Victoria and educate potential partners, members and sponsors.

Skills and experience
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline for example: Marketing, Management, Communication and Public Relations
Minimum 5 years experience in a membership based organisation, or demonstrated synchronicity within previous roles, for example Sponsorship, Business Development.
Knowledge and experience with membership based software programs.
Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication.
