The product team is a small but mighty team (and growing) looking to hit it out of the park and help our SMB customers thrive in the digital world
What you get to do:
- Support and proactively drive profitable performance in key customer solution product sets
- Work collaboratively with key internal and external partners to develop tactical initiatives to drive sales and key margin
- opportunities
- Understand and explain complex financial metrics across the business as part of influencing group initiatives
- Provide thought leadership across the SMB business surrounding 'the digital journey' and emerging market opportunities
- Develop, modify or exit (including ownership of the migration process) products within a key customer solution space
What you will have:
- Demonstrated product management experience in the digital space.
- Ability to work across all major stakeholders to drive profitable outcomes
- Demonstrated end-to-end experience - from interpreting strategy, and developing tactical solutions, to delivery
- Test-and-learn, continuous improvement focus
- Commercially savvy, curious and action orientated
- Enjoy working with ambiguity and the recognises the opportunity that presents
- Good understanding of the 'start-up mindset' and ways of working - and can use that as a mantra to support the creation of cutting edge product solutions within our big, and rapidly growing, business
