Our product research team in the Teaching and Learning Department is the latest stage in our evolution. This department researches the latest evidenced based best practice in teaching and learning and works with product developers to integrate effectively into their products.
Due to the growing number of digital products and platforms, we are currently seeking a Digital Product Manager to play a proactive role in product planning and design throughout the entire lifecycle of the product. This role is a key intersection between the Product and content owners and the Technology delivery team.
Key deliverables
- Supporting the Lead Digital Product Manager in managing Roadmap planning and execution activities of local teaching and learning applications in alignment with Pearson Go to Market, Product Lifecycle, Security and Privacy.
- Works closely with local and global product owners to understand and inform roadmap development
- Supporting Lead Digital Product Manager in developing best practice Product Analytics strategy
- Manage digital teaching and learning applications through their life cycle - including retiring and/or transition to a global application content team, UX, sales and marketing.
Selection Criteria
Mandatory
- Experience in developing digital product roadmaps
- Strong experience and knowledge of AGILE methodology including the writing of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience using Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools
Highly regarded
- Knowledge of k-12 digital teaching and learning
- Understanding of LEAN and Product Lifecycle
