A bit about the role …

With eight active and hugely successful e-commerce sites across our iconic brands including Bonds, Berlei, Champion, Playtex, Maidenform and Totally Tights. This role will be solely focused on the BONDS brand which is the largest in the portfolio. The Ecommerce team work hard in managing the day to day product administration and operations behind our online channels. This is a great opportunity to build on your E-Commerce coordination, product or web administration experience and grow your career with us.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring Basic and Seasonal product range information & attributes is accurate and up to date at all times
• Managing the end-to-end coordination and implementation of all online product content (including images, pricing and copy)
• Reviewing of stock levels
• On-going maintenance of the sites and product descriptions
• Point of contact for all things e-comm and product related

It's a busy role! But the team are great: supportive, collaborative and passionate about what they do.

What experience do I have?

• 2-4 years' + experience in a similar type of role: E-Comm Coordinator, Product Administrator, Online Coordinator
• Experience working in a large corporate environment would be beneficial, however if you are working in a smaller business and managing online content, we would like to talk to you too!
• High level of competence in Microsoft Excel - think v-look ups pivot tables, formulas etc
• Experience with CMS systems
• Competent in working with data across technology platforms.
• A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and an ability to get into the detail where necessary - you won't be deep diving into data every day, but you have to love a spreadsheet! 
• A passion for fashion, online and retail

Communication with other team members is another key to successful performance in this role as you will interface with multiple stakeholders across a wide and varied group. Priorities can change on a daily basis so you must be adaptable, flexible and resilient.
