We are proud to be representing a leading Commercial Real Estate Agency with an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager servicing a single private landlord, overseeing a high quality portfolio. Anchored by a sophisticated and notable retail asset in Perth’s northern suburbs, you will be taken under the wing of a highly experienced Asset Manager, learning how to achieve optimal commercial outcomes through a high attention to detail.

You will be required to carry out all aspects of Property Management including liaising with tenants, financial management and arrears, negotiation of leases, maintenance and CAPEX and working closely with the landlord in executing strategy to maximise value of the portfolio. 

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Tertiary education in a Property or related degree (including Legal, Architecture, Building, Accounting, Finance or Marketing)
• A good basic understanding of the fundamentals of retail property management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build sustainable relationships
• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A desire to learn and an enquiring mind
• Strong problem solving skills
• Must have (or be willing to gain) a valid Certificate of Registration in Property Management
• A car and driving license for business use.
