Our client is a digital agency based in the eastern suburbs and they are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Producer/ Account manager with client facing experience within a digital agency
Description
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, timelines, budgeting and delivering in a fast paced agency.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of high quality projects.
- Develop strong client and project stakeholder relationships to understand their needs and deliver agreed outcomes.
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall delivery plan.
- Manage expectations of all stakeholders and defining project scope.
- Deliver premium service and maintain high quality agency output.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years experience in a producer or project management role.
- Client facing experience within a digital agency.
- Strong problem solving abilities and an attitude to do what it takes to get things done.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage workflows and meet deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in proposals, planning, estimating and timelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using CMS's ideally Wordpress.
- Experience working on eCommerce projects.
- Good understanding of development, UX and UI principles.
