Our clients are high-end product and service suppliers, from local brands to major international companies. We seek a confident organiser to assist in the execution boutique group presentations.
You must be personable, energetic and well presented with keen attention to detail.

Reporting to the General Manager, daily tasks would include, however, not limited to:
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Appointment setting
- Organisation and facilitation of group presentations within architectural firms
- Database management
- Organising client schedules
- Attending client presentations
- Booking catering and other requirements
Skills and experience
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills and a focus on client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail & time management
- Enthusiasm & drive to succeed
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Computer literacy
- Excellent personal presentation
