Finding innovative results through the strategic use of data is your key objective in this role. You will take a key leadership position in overseeing the agencies development of new and emerging digital media capabilities including programmatic, social, search, video, mobile and everything in between whilst leading the team to execute this effectively. We need someone who is hungry, a natural entrepreneur who relishes being in a hands-on environment whilst leading a dynamic team.   

As Digital Strategist, you will:

  • Lead and drive the strategy, development and execution of all programmatic, search, social communication plans as well as all other emerging digital media initiatives based on client objectives. 
  • You will formulate a digital strategy for client’s businesses, ensuring you are adopting best industry practices. 
  • Manage and grow a team of ad-ops, programmatic, data, and digital experts to build a self-sufficient and digital savvy team.
  • Act as a digital mentor within the business; upskilling the other teams, implementing best practices and continually seeking innovative ways
  • Develop and nurture relationships with strategic ad tech partners.
  • Continually seek innovative approaches and solutions in digital.

Who you will be:

  • 3 years’+ experience of hands-on digital strategic thinking, planning and execution from a media agency in an Digital Strategy role, or similar role. 
  • Strong exposure to everything including display, video, mobile, search, programmatic and social.
  • Demonstrate a deep and current knowledge of digital trends and strategy within a marketing / advertising environment.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise a high volume of detailed tasks.
  • You are a natural entrepreneur and are hungry for a challenge!
  • You are naturally curious about technology and the ever-evolving digital landscape. 
  • Must be Google Certified
