Pride Training, an ACON service, is here to provide courses, information and services to assist health and community organisations to increase their knowledge of LGBTI communities, their experiences living in Australia, and guidance on inclusive practices.

ACON offers a professional, inclusive and rewarding workplace. We have been a leader on issues relating to HIV and LGBTI health for over 30 years, using evidence-based policy to advocate for the health and wellbeing of the communities that we serve.

This is a perfect role to combine your business development skills with your experiences in course development and delivery (both online systems and face to face) to build our training services from the ground up. The successful candidate will develop and implement a business plan, designing and delivering high quality, engaging and effective training programs — including face-to-face, e-learning, and  blended learning delivery) —  to a variety of funders and clients.

This position is located in Surry Hills NSW and is offered on a full-time (38 hours per week) contract with a range of $75K to $80K per annum, commensurate with skills and experience.
