This role is a career defining opportunity with a highly regarded and well established Corporate Affairs team, within a well performing top ASX Listed organisation.
The role is responsible for supporting the organisations reputation and external communications, acting as a key advisor to the operating businesses and their customer facing brands ensuring the commercial strategy and value is clearly and fairly represented to external stakeholders.
Responsible for media and issues management the role calls for a deep level of knowledge and demonstrated experience managing complex issues from within a large customer facing corporate organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders in the the business you will provide advice and develop communication strategies to for potential and/or or imminent business and reputation issues and act as a media contact. You will act as a media spokesperson as required and continue to further harness and develop media relationships.
Successful candidates will have +7 years media and issues management experience, ideally from within a large ASX listed company. Similar experience gained within an agency environment will be highly regarded.
