Applications are invited for a part-time postdoctoral research position to join the Ordered Universe research group under the direction of Hannah Smithson, Associate Professor at the Department of Experimental Psychology.
The post is offered on a part-time basis (0.5 FTE) for 2 years funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council from 1 October 2017.
The successful candidate will have specific responsibility for carrying out and publishing experimental research inspired by the writings of Robert Grosseteste, and contributing to the wider dissemination of work on the Ordered Universe project. As well as managing your own research and administrative activities, you will provide guidance to junior members of the research group and collaborate in the preparation of research publications.
Candidates will hold a relevant PhD/DPhil with demonstrable specialist knowledge suitable for work on the project and the ability to manage their own academic research and associated activities.
