With operation based in France, Germany and UK, to face the rapid growth of its activity, Novoptim is currently recruiting the following full-time position:
Junior Business Development Consultant
Your responsibilities:The consultant will take part in the development of Novoptim with particular emphasis on commercial development projects. The main task for the Junior Business Development Consultant will be to undertake business development delegation on behalf of our clients. For each project, alongside the Project Manager in charge, the Junior Business Development Consultant will contribute to prepare the Strategic Action Plan, execute on the roadmap and plan commercial activities in the Northern Europe Region (UK, Ireland, Scandinavian countries) to reach the sales objectives defined with the client. He/She will be responsible for the sales of our clients’ products and services in this region, in tight collaboration with the client’s technical and R&D teams. As part of our onboarding process, we will provide a full training package to introduce and train the candidate to our business development tools, methodology and processes.
Your profile:We are looking for a dynamic graduate with a PhD in Biology (Cell Biology, Virology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Pharmacology...) to join our international team of Life Science Business Development Consultants. A previous experience in microscopy and high content imaging is a plus for the candidate.
The candidate has a strong scientific background and a strong strive to apply the scientific knowledge in a business environment. The ability to work in project mode and to be very well organized will be essential for success. The job will require availability of the candidate for frequent traveling.
The competitive package will consist of a fixed salary + bonus and will reward substantially the success of the candidate.
