The HR Strategy ‘Discovering People’ is a key part of the strategic plan which ensures that the University of Leicester is truly a great place to work. The Human Resources Division is seeking an experienced and highly competent HR Professional to lead the HR Support to the College of Social Science, Arts and Humanities. The role will make a significant contribution to the delivery of the HR Strategy, with a particular focus on leading transformational change and the review, development and formulation of HR policies and processes.
This is a key position in HR and applicants will need to be a Chartered member of the CIPD, educated to degree level (or equivalent) and demonstrate substantial experience of managing and implementing significant change projects and transformative business processes. You will have experience of both strategic and leading operational HR in a unionised environment within a large complex organisation.
