We are recruiting an Associate Director of MBA Recruitment who will be responsible for the development and execution Oxford Said’s MBA recruitment strategy.
Reporting to the MBA Director, the Associate Director of MBA Recruitment manages the MBA recruitment strategy and budget. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing and recruitment activities are aligned with the overall strategy for the MBA and the Said Business School. The Associate Director is accountable for meeting recruitment targets for the MBA programme. You will oversee a team of five regional directors, and will be responsible for allocating budget and coordinating their activities. You will be expected to work closely with faculty and administration, and to coordinate efforts across the school, particularly with recruitment in other degree and executive education programmes. You will be expected to participate in recruitment events as needed and to represent the Said Business School and its MBA programme to key external stakeholders.
To be considered at shortlisting you will have a proven track record of success in a Business Development role with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets, preferably within the business school or commercial training sectors. Previous management experience is highly desired. You will be comfortable developing and managing relationships in person and on the phone on a daily basis and have excellent communications skills with prior experience of writing and presenting proposals. In addition you will have a flexible approach to work with a willingness to travel internationally to attend events and meetings.
