Nottingham Trent University is a large, vibrant, and modern University with a deserved reputation for its extensive industry links. The University is just completing its new strategy where engagement with business, commerce and public services personalisation will underpin the personalisation of the student experience and shape the impact of our research.

Nottingham Business School (NBS) is the largest of Nottingham Trent University’s nine faculties with some 4,500 students and 200 members of academic staff who are conducting internationally excellent and world leading research and providing education that combines theoretical insight with practical skills.

NBS’s ambition is to be recognised internationally as one of the UK’s leading business Schools for business engagement and to be the top UK business school for personalised experiential learning.

Due to ongoing investment and expansion within Nottingham Business School, an exciting opportunity exists within the HRM division for an outstanding individual to work within an established academic team in the discipline of Human Resource Management/Organisational Behaviour.

This role will contribute to teaching and support on a range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Ideally, you will have completed a doctorate, or be close to doing so. In addition you should be CIPD recognised - either at practitioner or academic level, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. It would be expected that you have relevant commercial experience and/or published research in the field of HRM/OB.

Some of our CIPD related work takes place on our recognised programmes overseas and it is anticipated that you will also be required to contribute to this body of work. This position is a permanent position.
