Leeds Beckett University is a modern professional university based in the vibrant city of Leeds, the biggest financial district outside London. Within the university Registry provides a range of innovative and high quality support services for our students and staff. Working in Student Planning & Reporting Services, this role will be responsible for the development of the modelling, analysis and reporting of student numbers to support academic colleagues, Financial Services, and senior managers across the university.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and confident analyst to develop and implement solutions relating to the planning and forecasting of student numbers and tuition fees, and to manage and enhance the supporting report and analysis portfolio.
The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of statistical techniques (including predictive modelling), data presentation and report writing methods supported by practical expertise with software such as SAS and Excel. They will also have highly developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders, and to be able to translate requirements into innovative, sustainable and engaging products.
