OverviewReporting to the Maintenance Delivery Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the day to day delivery of a high quality and efficient maintenance support service. The role encompasses planned, reactive and long term maintenance management in-line with the department's strategy, management and implementation of carbon reduction initiatives and delivery of relevant projects.
The post holder will have a passion for customer service and shall naturally prioritise Student experience in the department's processes and operational delivery.
Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience of leading Maintenance and Energy management functions across a comparable multi-site portfolio. You will have extensive knowledge of building services and fully understand the structure and components of Maintenance contracts with an electrical background.
It is desirable that the candidate can use Auto CAD software and has a good knowledge of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS).
You will be a strong communicator with extensive experience in leading a 'best in class' customer facing team of both directly employed and contracted staff. This post will suit professionals who enjoy taking full day to day operational responsibility in addition to fully participating in long-term planning of a consumer led portfolio.
