Following several years of strong domestic growth and international expansion, the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) wishes to appoint an innovative specialist in human resource management and organisational behaviour to extend our team. The successful candidate can expect to teach and supervise across undergraduate and postgraduate levels (including delivery overseas) and to contribute to the extension of technology enhanced learning across our portfolio. The successful candidate will be expected either to maintain a personal record of published research outputs, or to make a significant contribution to securing and delivering financially sustainable enterprise activity.

Applications are invited from candidates with a relevant Master’s degree and Chartered Membership of the CIPD. Fellowship of the HEA, a recognised HE teaching qualification, or a commitment to achieve Fellowship in an agreed timescale is essential. A Doctorate in a cognate discipline is desirable.

The successful applicant can expect to teach across a range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the UK and abroad. It is highly likely that this post will involve collaboration with international partners and/or international travel. Experience of module leadership, distance learning and learning technologies, in addition to practitioner experience to complement academic credentials, would also be strongly advantageous.
