Location: Jubilee CampusSalary: £17,399 to £20,624 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.
Applications are being invited for the role of Admissions Administrator.
The post holder will be responsible for the administrative processes relating to the admissions of students to assist in the smooth running of the recruitment process.
The role includes; answering a wide range of enquiries, in person and on the telephone, monitoring admissions email boxes and responding to admissions enquiries, processing applications in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining applicant records and documents, undertaking fee assessments and providing reception cover as required. The role also includes advising admissions tutors on admissions processes and working as part of the team at graduation and registration.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt to and learn new applications, ability to prioritise workload, knowledge of admissions processes and experience of working in a customer focused environment and working with a records management system.
