Along with meeting international standards in academic management, the University plans to expand to a new campus through a $150 million initial investment. While in its development and expansion phase, the University’s R&D team expects as many as 10,000 students to be studying and earning degrees there. To support the University’s strategic development within the next five years, the University is seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified candidate to fill in the position of Personal Assistant to Vice Chancellor. The Vice Chancellor’s Office is a central point of communication for the leadership of the University. It is a growing unit that works closely with University staff supporting the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor’s vision for the University. As such, the successful candidate will primarily assist Vice Chancellor and provide support to other team members.

Minimum Qualifications:This prospective full-time staff member will have the following minimum qualifications, skills and competencies:

Earned a master’s degree in Management, Administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will have professional experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant to senior level support roles. They should also be fluent in English with well-developed interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Preference will be given to native-level English speakers. Areas of specialization are open, but applicants with expertise in personal assistance or administrative support to an executive/senior level manager are preferred. Individuals with strong organization and time management skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates that hold PhD in Administrative Management or related field are especially encouraged to apply.
