The Faculty of Finance is one of the largest and most respected in the world. It is home to leading academics with research expertise in key areas of finance including accounting; asset pricing; banking; corporate finance; financial markets and regulation; international finance; real estate; and shipping finance.
Responsibilities
The Faculty is seeking to appoint an outstanding academic to a one-year Lectureship in Real Estate. The appointed Lecturer will provide education at MSc level, including tutorials and laboratory sessions; and one course on valuation modelling.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have published, or will be working towards, research of world-leading or internationally excellent quality and will collaborate on research within the Real Estate Centre.
