The University of Warwick is one of the UK’s great success stories. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly motivated and results oriented team within the student recruitment operation of the University of Warwick. A dynamic and engaging individual is required to fulfil the role of Regional Manager with responsibility for student recruitment from the UK in order to generate the highest quality enquiries, applications and conversion activity to meet student recruitment targets at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The role of Student Recruitment Officer provides superb opportunities for personal development and career progression, by working across a number of divisions within Warwick’s central administration as well as with academics and administrators across our highly regarded academic departments. You will be assigned a number of projects and markets of responsibility to deliver tangible results within defined periods of time and will have the opportunity to develop through acquiring valuable experience in one of the UK’s leading universities in a strategically critical area of work. You will be highly driven, motivated, and keen to make a significant and swift impact on Warwick’s student recruitment operation. You will join a team of enthusiastic and experienced practitioners in this area of work, who will support your development and integration into this particular function. We are looking for strategically minded, hardworking, results oriented individuals with outstanding communication and organisation skills. Whilst working as part of a team will be critical to the success of the role, initiative and ability to work under minimum supervision is essential. Previous experience in student recruitment experience is desirable. At Warwick we like to do things differently and approach challenges from new perspectives. Relationship marketing will be at the heart of your approach and creativity and true audience understanding will drive your planning and strategic execution.
