The Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences is a world-class research department with a busy, friendly administration team.
We are looking to recruit a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to deliver a high level of direct support to Professor Rafael Perera and provide administration support to the senior members of the statistics group.
The role will include diary and communications management, travel itineraries, preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, assisting with the completion of funding applications, maintaining internal databases and project management support.
You will need strong administration and IT skills and either formal secretarial training or equivalent experience. You will need to be very organised and self-motivated, with a proactive, flexible and helpful approach to work.
This is a fixed-term, part-time (50%) post to cover maternity leave.
