Applications are invited for the post of Widening Participation Project Coordinator (Post-16) based in the Cambridge Admissions Office.

The post is part of the Widening Participation Team, which coordinates outreach projects to encourage underrepresented and disadvantaged UK students to consider Higher Education generally and the University of Cambridge specifically.

The role holder will have a particular focus on events and activities for Post-16 students, and will be required to coordinate high-quality outreach programmes and events to engage and inspire prospective applicants to the University of Cambridge and other highly selective universities. 

Applicants should be educated to at least degree level with experience of project and event management and a knowledge of and commitment to widening participation to Higher Education. Applicants should also hold excellent IT, communication and organisation skills.
