The School takes pride in the diversity of its staff and students. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and creative individual to lead the School. Reporting to the PVC Dean of the College and leading a team of staff, you’ll work to develop our programmes in a fast-changing market, as well as further develop learning and teaching; student experience and progression; quality assurance; enterprise activity; and CPPD portfolio.
Educated to at least Master’s level, with a Doctorate in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience, you will have a credible professional track record and/or research record. An ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching is essential, as are strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to positively engage stakeholders.You will need to demonstrate recent and substantial experience of outstanding management and leadership of a group of staff, as well as associated budgets, delivered as a main aspect of a previous position in academia, industry or related professions.
