With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have experience of providing a high level of frontline customer service. An understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues is essential as is the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations.

As the AskBU service provides extended opening hours during University term time, all advisors may be required to work their hours flexibly between 8.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday and will also be required to work on occasional evenings and Saturdays or Sundays.
