We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic team player to contribute to the work of the Academic Registry. Based in the Student Office, this key customer focused role includes liaising with students, academic schools, professional service sections and external agencies to ensure that the student information system is accurate and up-to-date.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload. Providing an excellent service to students and colleagues in academic schools is essential and we are looking for an individual with the experience and skills to contribute to the team in this area.
The successful applicant will possess GCSE grade C or above in both Maths and English together with A Level or equivalent education. Good all-round IT skills, experience of working as part of a team in a busy office environment, customer service experience, ability to prioritise own workload and deliver to tight deadlines are also essential requirements.
