We are looking to appoint an experienced Student Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment strategy forward. In this role, with support of your Student Recruitment team, you will develop, manage and deliver our recruitment and conversion activity plans with a particular focus on UK/EU student recruitment. You will also play a key part in our management structure with a direct impact on the way we deliver and shape our students’ experience to make their time with us life changing.
To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about meeting ambitious targets and enjoy working within a challenging and competitive environment. You must be able to demonstrate how you have developed and implemented successful student recruitment strategies in a Further or Higher education context, and have met recruitment targets. Relationships management with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for this role, therefore you need to be able to collaborate and forge successful professional relationships. As you will manage a team, previous staff management experience is also essential.
