We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to work throughout the Auckland region. Daily duties will involve but are not limited to:
- Meeting with customers on sites
- Dealing with complaints in a timely manner
- Managing cleaning staff members
- Training
- Inductions
- Completing monthly Quality Assurance checks with the client
- Organising annual leave and sick cover
- Leading health and safety toolbox talks and identifying potential hazards on sites
- From time to time, covering cleaning sites when required
This role will be fast paced and will quite often require you to drop what you're doing to attend something else. This role may require some flexibility on working hours to fit around the business' needs.
Must have a keen eye for detail, have a passion for health and safety and most importantly be looking for a challenging work environment. Experience preferable but not essential - full training will be provided.
Full, clean NZ driving license essential.
