My client is a very successful Vehicle repair dealership situated in the heart of The Mount. They are looking for a talented Automotive Technician to join their very busy team! To succeed in this role, you'll need to be trade qualified and be able to do mechanical repairs to a wide range/variety of cars, vans, utes, trucks & trailers. Diagnostic experience is preferred but not essential. Essential skills required: • Good experience as an Auto Mechanic. • Trade qualified • Able to work on all vehicle makes and models • Full drivers licence. • No visa restrictions on working in NZ. • Diagnostic experience (preferred but not essential) The ideal candidate will also be able to mount and fit tyres, do Oil & filter changes and perform General workshop duties. There will also be some Customer service, Sourcing & ordering of parts and Quoting involved in the role.
