Junior Property Lease Manager

This is a great opportunity to work on extensive national portfolio that includes retail, commercial and industrial property. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract. 

As part of a small team of Lease Managers reporting through to a GM and based in Auckland you will need to demonstrate that you have the following key attributes:

• Recent and proven experience in lease management and lease negotiations.
• Understanding of land ownership and tenure systems.
• Knowledge of valuation practice.
• Sound understanding of the NZ property market and the general business environment.
• Excellent communications skills including sound reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• An engaging personality, ability to build and maintain solid relationships.
• A self-starter, able to understand, formulate and proactively deliver quality solutions.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks/issues.
• Integrity and strong work ethic with a genuine passion for success.
• Property related degree.
