Barfoot & Thompson is Auckland's leading real estate company, and a major force in Property Management, with over 15,000 properties across 60 branches in Auckland and Northland.

We are currently seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our Devonport team.

This is a newly created role to help the team build on our current success and to ensure continued growth of the rent roll.

You will be working with a small team of three so you will need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and be happy to help where needed.

Whilst a background in property management would be an advantage, it is not essential as we offer full training and support from our management team for the right candidate. What's important to us is your attitude, energy and willingness to learn!

Our ideal applicant will have:

• Exceptional time management

• A full drivers license
• Administration and computer skills
• The ability to pick up new systems easily
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a team environment

You will be reporting to Lucy Woodruffe - Property Manager.
