Our international Trustees Services company is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their Auckland office.  Ideally you will have a legal or financial technical qualification and understand compliance regarding Trusts.

Responsibilities include: 

• Review and due diligence documentation for establishing new trusts, companies and limited partnerships.
• Raise any non-compliance issues identified for remedy.
• Liaison with the company’s AML/CFT Supervisor and Police FIU when appropriate.
• Administration of compliance files.
• Conducting Annual File Reviews in order to identify areas of noncompliance.
• Inputting and updating new entity details into company database.
• FATCA / CRS compliance administration and reporting.
• Maintaining register of AML/CFT policies and procedures.

Ideally the successful candidate will have relevant experience working in a similar role in a Law or Trustee company.  AML and CFT experience is hugely desirable.  This role is based in lovely offices in Auckland CBD within a stable and friendly team.
