The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a motivated individual to join our Rotorua branch in a dual role which will see you managing the claims process for the branch as well as supporting a Commercial Broker with the management of their client portfolio.

As a Claims Adviser, you will be responsible for the overall management of the claims process, liaising with the client and the underwriter throughout the claims process. You will be ensuring all claims are dealt with in a timely and correct manner and deadlines are met.

Rothbury takes great pride in providing our clients with expert advice from our highly experienced claims staff. Our combined knowledge and contacts enable us to strive to achieve the very best outcome with every claim we handle.

As a Commercial Broker Support you will be supporting a Commercial Broker, assisting them with resolving client queries, attending to policy amendments, processing renewals, new business, alterations and cancellations and managing the claims process, liaising with the client and the underwriter.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have commercial Fire and General insurance experience however this is not essential. If you have a proactive nature, thrive in a busy environment, are well organised, self-motivated and strive to provide the highest standard of client service this could be your opportunity to start an exciting and diverse career in the insurance industry.
