We are now seeking a Senior Claims Adviser, to actively manage all guarantee claims in a professional and efficient manner, to settlement whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service to both Registered Master Builders and their clients.
Actively review and manage all claims cases as required, ensuring resolution in the shortest possible timeframe, but all within three months.
As a team member of the Master Build Services you will contribute to the team’s collective responsibility for the overall effectiveness and improvement of the organisation.
Knowledge, skills and experience
• Proven claim management experience;
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Planning and organisational skills;
