Gusto at The Grand by Sean Connolly is a produce-driven Italian restaurant serving dishes that are rustic and true to Italian values. It showcases classic flavours and fresh seasonal ingredients, designed to be shared amongst friends.

We are now looking for a polished and customer-focused Assistant Manager to be part of the ongoing success of Gusto at The Grand. In this management position you will be an integral part of the team and be responsible for the supervision and training of new staff; developing and motivating the Front of House team whilst assisting with profitability through providing exceptional customer service.

You will have proven Food and Beverage experience in a management role within a quality establishment and sound supervisory skills to lead a team to success. Strong verbal and written communication is essential. Previous exposure to Italian cuisine would be advantageous.

This role will be mainly managing breakfast and lunch service so if you are a morning person, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
