Are you renown reservations star - someone who can think on their feet? Can you speak fluent English and Mandarin? Our Queenstown team are looking for a 'Remarkable' Reservations - Wholesale Consultant (Chinese Speaking) to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

As part of this role you’ll be responding to telephone, webchat and email inquiries about Real Journeys tours and attractions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and take ownership for confirming all reservations requests in an accurate and timely manner.

To be successful within this role you will:

• Be fluent in Mandarin
• Be familiar with Chinese culture and customs
• Ideally have previous reservations experience
• Be able to manage your time effectively and multi-task in a demanding environment
• Be a proactive communicator that is personable and professional
• Have flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and shift work
• Have the ability to anticipate key agents needs and optimize service and sales opportunities
• Have extremely high attention to detail, accuracy and great organisational skills
• Have demonstrated exceptional communication skills to ensure you develop excellent working relationships with sales agents.

We are looking for a team player with great verbal and written communications in English who can assist the rest of your team with understanding the Chinese customers' needs and requirements.  If you love engaging with people from all over the globe, have fast, furious and accurate typing skills this is the role for you!
