An exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded travel agent in Manukau, who are looking for a new Travel Agent
You will report to a lovely Manager, who is well respected for her hard work and leading by example. She is very encouraging, motivated and supportive, along with being very personable, and a delight to work with!
You will be an integral part of the Team which is a dynamic and driven team. They are high achievers, fun, and good at what they do!
This role is an office based role, consisting of a mix of phone calls, face to face walk-in clients, dealing with both existing clients and obtaining new clients.
You will need to be passionate about people and travel, articulate, a natural on the phone, a high achiever, hardworking, love being the go-to person with obtaining best quotes, putting packages and itineraries together, co-ordinating tickets and documents, collecting and processing payments etc. You will be a quick thinker, able to handle client enquiries, have excellent communication and negotiating skills, highly organised, flexible, and ready to hit the ground running!
Knowledge of Amadeous and Travel Log preferred, along with previous Travel Agent experience a must have.
