Our client is a high-profile, professional services firm with a sizeable footprint across New Zealand and offices internationally. The corporate finance team is an established, high-performing part of the business offering a variety of advisory services to clients at all stages of growth. The environment is entrepreneurial and progressive, offering significant opportunities for personal growth and long-term career development.
Further to ongoing growth across the business, an opportunity is available for an experienced professional to join the team. Working under the guidance of the partners, this role will be client-facing and offer exposure across the spectrum of corporate finance activities including transaction services, M&A, valuations and financial modelling.
We would be very keen to hear from candidates for this role who hold relevant professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA etc) and have a strong background in a professional services environment either in a similar corporate advisory role or potentially coming from audit and be looking to transfer your skill-set into an advisory environment. You will require excellent financial modelling and financial analytical capabilities as well as a core knowledge of accounting standards and financial statement analysis. Key to your success will be your first-rate communication and client-facing relationship management abilities.
