Breakers Restaurants are currently going through unprecedented growth and due to this expansion is requiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to help deliver results for our Kapiti site.
You will be responsible for setting team targets and ensuring staff deliver qaulity product and service at all times.
Creating and executing local marketing strategies to help increase business patronage and profitability.
Controlling all relevant costs within the business and reporting regularly back to the owner.
Having previous experience in menu planning and organizing special events.
Building a fun and result driven team who are constantly up-skilling and working together to drive optimum day to day results.
We are looking for that special someone to come in and make it their own. There is also the possibility of a shareholding percentage in the business to the right applicant.
A minimum of 5 years management and hospitality experience necessary.
Successful applicant must be available for immediate start.
