Kate at Carejobz is inviting applications from Clinical Leaders who have experienced in the NZ aged care industry, who would like to work up North for a leading aged care provider.
On offer is an exciting opportunity for you to lead a dynamic team and really make a difference in this large rest home/hospital level care facility.
For the Clinical Nurse Manager role applicants will need:
- NZ registered nurse
- At least 2 years experience in an NZ Aged Care Clinical Management role
- A current APC
- Be Interrai trained
- An experienced people manager with the ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
- Able to demonstrate business and financial management skills/acumen.
- Knowledge of the aged care industry and the provision of retirement and residential care services.
- Be able to deal with conflict management
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- An energetic, dynamic leadership style
- Good computer skills
