We are a busy General Practice in Botany Downs. We offer a range of medical services to our patients. As part of an established team of 3 Practice Nurses, 3 GP's, a Practice Manager and 3 Receptionists, our practice is growing rapidly. We are looking for someone who can bring clinical excellence, great ideas for productive and efficient methods of working and a passion for GP practice. Great people skills - friendly, compassionate and pro-active in management of conditions because you genuinely care about people's health and well-being.
This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave and the role requires some flexibility, working approximately 32 to 40 hours across Monday to Friday. Immediate start until the end of March 2019.
The successful applicant will have:
- A current NZ practicing certificate, CPR, Vaccinators and Smear Taker certificates
- More than 3 years General Practice Nursing experience
- Proficiency in all areas of practice nursing
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities
- Excellent team work and customer service
- Organised and the ability to prioritise
- Experience in providing chronic care management to our patients and PPC
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Medtech32 and Microsoft Office products
