We are looking for a Debt Adviser who has a background in the recovery of overpayments, with a focus on excellent communication and engagement skills.
The Debt Adviser role is part of a small team that is responsible for managing recovery actions on overpayments. The team ensures that they work with the customer to achieve suitable outcomes with respect to the recovery of debt.
We are looking for candidates who provide a high standard of customer service, and have great communication skills and an attention to detail and accuracy.
To be successful in this role you will be able to tick the following boxes:
- Proven experience in debt recovery
- Demonstrated excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of payroll and associated legislation is desirable
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Patience and empathy
You must be available to start by the 23rd July.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant, with further opportunities to progress into roles across our wider business.
