CSSD MANAGER | ADELAIDE
The Role:
Join a leading, private hospital in this genuine chance to make a difference. Located in the picturesque city of Adelaide (regularly voted top 5 most liveable cities) you’ll be able to join a supportive unit and have endless off time to explore the city and surrounds.
You’ll be responsible for the overall management of the unit including setting expectations, ensuring the highest-quality and timely service is maintained, and oversight of the sterilisation services. Reporting to the peri-operative services manager, you’ll have a thorough insight into the current AUS/NZ standards providing clinical leadership where you’ll inspire, teach and motivate the team.
You’ll Need:
- Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation Services
- Minimum 2 years working in a senior leadership role
- Current working knowledge of the ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 Standards and HICMR
- Proven leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
