Team Leader/Senior RN - Epsom

We have an opening available for a really special RN, who has experience in aged care. Located in a beautiful, high end facility, with state of the art equipment, supportive management and a capable, friendly team, this job will not last long! We are looking for someone with substantial experience in the NZ aged care system, with proven leadership experience and a genuine passion for what they do.
You will have fixed hours - Tuesday to Saturday. Enjoy Sunday and Monday's off!
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 2-3 years+ experience as a senior Registered Nurse working in aged care
- A genuine love of working with the elderly
- Excellent time management and ability to self manage
- Experience supervising a caregiving team
- Understanding of the Health & Disability Service Standards
- Accurate documentation and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility, and a great attitude!
