  • Project manage & deliver 1st to market innovative solutions to theatre settings
  • Customers: Public & private hospitals, surgeons, theatre staff & procurement
  • South Island Territory - aprox 1 week away a month

The Role

Based in Christchurch and reporting to an Auckland based Business Manager, you’ll feel at ease working autonomously, but you’ll be able to call on support as this New Zealand team truly work in collaboration.  The role will allow you to work within the public and private hospital network throughout the South Island promoting an innovative surgical product range to surgeons, operating theatre staff and procurement across orthopaedics, cardiovascular, gynaecology, otolaryngology and general surgery with a focus on minimal invasive surgery and orthopeadics.

 

You’ll be someone who likes to think differently, you’ll challenge the status quo, but the secret to your success will be your customer-centric approach, the ability to make the connection between the tasks in hand and the outcome for patients, healthcare professional and the wider community.

 

Key skills & experience required:

  • A strong sales background, you’ll be able to demonstrate high levels of commercial and performance excellence
  • The ability to communicate effectively, along with building rapport with both customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound commercial acumen and effective planning skills, you’ll also be able to demonstrate project management capabilities
  • Good understanding of the NZ healthcare environment, you’ll feel at ease working within this framework and understand the required protocols
  • A positive approach, along with enthusiasm and tenacity
  • IT savvy, you’ll feel at ease analysing sales and clinical data, along with presenting via an iPad
  • A strong teamwork ethic, being motivated by challenging goals

Reward

  • Base salary $80,000 to $95,000
  • OTE Bonus $20,000 + other incentives
  • Car Allowance $22,000 (paid monthly)
  • 9.5% Superannuation
