The Acute Care Unit at Whakatane Hospital has a number of permanent positions available for Registered Nurses.
 
If you would like a change in lifestyle this area offers beautiful beaches, good weather and exciting outdoor activities and affordable housing, balanced with a position in a Level 1 ICU with ICU, HDU and CCU beds. In addition, there are 7 short stay beds. This could be the ideal job for you.
 
We are looking for staff with an interest in work with in the HDU, CCU and ICU environment. Previous ICU experience is desired but not essential. We offer a modern, supportive Intensive Care work environment, an orientation programme catered to suit your needs, a varied and pro-active work place, and a friendly interdisciplinary team.
