Are you looking for that first step into management? This exceptional aged care Group is looking for a Clinical Leader to run the clinical aspect in their 25 Hospital unit in this beautiful facility. You would be responsible for ensuring the best clinical practice is achievable for residents whilst leading a small team of clinical staff.
What you can expect:

• Variety of clinical and administrative work ensures no day is the same
• Lead and mentor your team to watch them grow
• Monday to Friday 37.5 hr week
About the role:
• Take ownership of providing the highest level of clinical service delivery
• Provide support to the Clinical Manager
• Lead a clinical team of RN’s and HCA’s
• Communicate closely with families and whanau
• Be involved with training and education
What you need to have:
• Registered Nurse with a current APC with New Zealand experience
• Sound experience in aged care clinical nursing
• Strong assessment skills
• Confident in leading a team of nurses
• Excellent knowledge of Quality and the Health and Disability sector.
• Superb communication, problem solving and people skills
• A genuine passion for supporting the residents to have purpose with a focus on wellness
